What is the Process for Joining out Of The Box Co.
Simply email info@Outofheboxco.com a copy of your most recent CV to register with OUT OF THE BOX CO. Once this is received, you will receive a confirmation email stating that your email has been received and is being processed. Upon receiving your résumé, a consultant will get in touch with you to start the registration process. We can focus on the roles you’re interested in, the places you’re willing to work, and the kind of pay you’re anticipating thanks to our registration procedure. Next Step to finding you an ideal role…
After speaking with a consultant for registration and deciding to move forward, the consultant will register you in our system. If there are relevant opportunities available for you at the time of registration, you will receive an email with information on these roles. Emails containing roles are private and should not be shared with anyone else. Employers list these positions with our organisation, who will handle the confidentiality on their behalf. Contacting the employers directly is NOT permitted. ANY QUESTIONS REGARDING THE ROLES MUST BE RETURNED VIA YOUR CONSULTANT AT Please proceed by getting in touch with your consultant if you are interested in the positions you have been sent.
Please be aware that while roles are open at the time of writing this email, they do fill up rapidly. If you wait to respond, we might fill the position.
We have thorough knowledge of every venue and are happy to address any inquiries you may have about the building, management, location, travel expenses, etc.
Apply for a Role!
If you decide to move forward with your application for a position, please make sure to email us a current photo to include with your application as well as recent work-related references who can be reached readily. Referrals must come from former employers who were in management or a supervisory position. We will get in touch with your referees and conduct work-related reference checks as soon as we receive these. In order to assure the accuracy of the information on your résumé, we might additionally verify your employment. Your suitability for the position is determined by doing this.
Once your reference checks are through, submit your application to the employer along with your resume, the results of your reference checks, and a recent photo. Notification Process!
Once you have been interviewed by the host employer, we will advise you and let you know the outcome. At this stage, if you are successful, you will be emailed a contract or letter of offer. All offers must be returned within 24 hours to scanned and emailed to info@outoftheboxco.com.au unless otherwise stated. *Some employers may not conduct interviews but rather go straight to an offer.
